ABN Construction completed a full gut remodel of Palomino Ranch, a high-end country bar on Good Latimer Expressway in Dallas, Texas, delivered as a design-build project with design and full architectural services. Inside, the 9,000-square-foot space received custom millwork, custom wall coverings, new bathrooms, and polished concrete floors. Up top, a complete roof tear-off and new Trex deck support a 9,000-square-foot rooftop bar with AV screens.
Four months from start to finish to open for college football season. ABN made the date.
